A study to help the government to establish the unit cost of constructing roads in consideration of various factors. The study entails the establishment of unit rates, quantity estimation, regional comparison and development of software-based cost estimation and a monitoring system at Ministry of Works & Transport Location within Country: Kampala .

Consultancy for Feasibility Study & Detailed Design of Kazo-Buremba-Kabagole-Kyegegwa Road (82 km), Uganda National Roads Authority.

The Main Objective of the assignment is to Investigate and determine the technical and economic feasibility, and the environmental and social impacts of upgrading the existing gravel road to paved standard and preparing detailed engineering designs based on the results of the feasibility studies. The services consist of feasibility study, preliminary and detailed engineering design, and preparation of bidding documents for works in accordance with the highest professional standards.

Consultancy for Engineering Designs, Environmental Assessments, Resettlement Plans, and Tender Support for Batch 2 Infrastructure in 22 Northern Uganda Municipalities, Ministry of Lands, Housing & Urban Development.

Consultancy Services for Preparation of Engineering Designs, Environmental Assessments, Resettlement Action Plans, Tender Assistance for Batch 2 Infrastructure Investments in the 22 Participating Municipalities (Cluster 1).
